4. Buying and Selling

1. This is a website that requires no logging in to buy or sell goods.
2. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the items they list, including condition, pricing, and any other relevant details.
3. Buyers are encouraged to negotiate prices directly with sellers before making a purchase.
4. Once an item is posted, no refunds or changes will be allowed.

5. Posting Fees

A posting fee will be charged based on the category of the item being sold. The fees are as follows:

• Electronics: KES 500
• Clothing & Accessories: KES 500
• Furniture: KES 800
• Home Appliances: KES 500
• Books & Magazines: KES 200
• Toys & Games: KES 500
• Sports & Outdoors: KES 500
• Tools & Equipment: KES 1,000
• Vehicles: KES 3,000
• Lights: KES 500
• Shoes: KES 500

All listing fees are non-refundable, and once an item is posted, modifications or cancellations will not be allowed. In cases where a listing violates our policies, the fee will not be reimbursed.

6. Transactions

1. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing payments directly between themselves.
2. Both parties must also coordinate the drop-off or delivery of the item.

7. Prohibited Activities

1. You may not list illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
2. Prohibited items will be removed from the website, and the posting fee will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or condition of the products listed on our website. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or fraudulent activities arising from user interactions. AdsCentre is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers. The platform merely facilitates the exchange and does not guarantee the quality, condition, or authenticity of items posted.

9. Fraud Prevention

• We strongly advise buyers to verify items in person before making any payments, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of listed products.
• Users should be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true, as they may indicate potential fraud.

The website is currently in the trial phase and will remain active for a period of one (1) year from the date of launch. After this trial period, we will conduct an assessment of the website's feasibility, performance, and overall success. If the assessment indicates that the website meets the necessary criteria for continued operation, it will remain active. However, if the website is deemed unsuccessful or not feasible, it will be deactivated.
